About Me

Welcome! 😊

I am writer, poet, and dreamer.

A writer is all I am and aspire to be.

I am currently persuing my other dream to become a teacher. I am currently completing my Masters of Education Degree with a dual certification in Early Elementary (preK-4)/Special Education (preK-8) at Arcadia University.

I like to write mostly poetry, a little bit of short stories, and some loose strands here and there (what I’m thinking, something I found interesting, what I dreamt about, etc.).

My favorite thing in the world: Lying on the grass and looking up at the stars. It’s such a bliss.

One of my favorite quotes: “As soon as I saw you, I knew an adventure was going to happen.” ― Winnie-the-Pooh

Originally, I started writing as a means of escape. I wrote about my emotions, all the feelings that I could not simply express out loud. I wrote them and I left them there, in a two-pocket folder. But over the years, I started to open up to those around me. I had matured and so had my writing. And now, I am using this platform as a means of sharing my work with you in the hopes that you will delve in and lose track of reality (even if it is just for a second). In my words and my emotions, you will find me. But I hope that in the end, you are able to find a piece of yourself as well.

    Hey Sara,
I read the short story and I loved it. So far I have only read one and I am looking forward to reading more. I love the quote from Dr. Abdul Kalaam. When I met you at NPHS I knew there was something different about you (a good different 🙂 ) I never knew you were a writer. Even though I don’t know you a lot I feel like I am discovering a whole another part of you. Keep new stories coming :).

    • Thank You Krupa! Yes I have been writing for a while now. Even though I started around high school, I never really showed that side of me to anyone really. But I have been starting to for the past couple years. I have so much more to share, so stay tuned 🙂
